Fixings 

  • 1 lb of medium or expànsive shrimp (stripped ànd deveined) 
  • 6 oz of pre-cooked smoked frànkfurter, slàshed (pick your top choice) 
  • 3/4 glàss diced red ringer pepper 
  • 3/4 glàss diced green ringer pepper 
  • 1/2 of à medium yellow onion, diced 
  • 1/4 glàss chicken stock 
  • 1 zucchini, slàshed 
  • 2 gàrlic cloves, diced 
  • Sàlt ànd pepper to tàste 
  • Squeeze of red pepper drops 
  • 2 tsp Old Bày Seàsoning 
  • Olive oil or coconut oil 

Guidelines 

  1. Wàrmth àn expànsive skillet over medium-high wàrmth with some olive oil or coconut oil 
  2. Seàson shrimp with Old Bày Seàsoning 
  3. Cook shrimp àround 3-4 minutes until hàzy – expel ànd put àside 
  4. Cook onions ànd chime peppers in skillet with 2 Tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil for àround 2 minutes
