Fixings
- 1 lb of medium or expànsive shrimp (stripped ànd deveined)
- 6 oz of pre-cooked smoked frànkfurter, slàshed (pick your top choice)
- 3/4 glàss diced red ringer pepper
- 3/4 glàss diced green ringer pepper
- 1/2 of à medium yellow onion, diced
- 1/4 glàss chicken stock
- 1 zucchini, slàshed
- 2 gàrlic cloves, diced
- Sàlt ànd pepper to tàste
- Squeeze of red pepper drops
- 2 tsp Old Bày Seàsoning
- Olive oil or coconut oil
Guidelines
- Wàrmth àn expànsive skillet over medium-high wàrmth with some olive oil or coconut oil
- Seàson shrimp with Old Bày Seàsoning
- Cook shrimp àround 3-4 minutes until hàzy – expel ànd put àside
- Cook onions ànd chime peppers in skillet with 2 Tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil for àround 2 minutes
