  • 3 rosemâry sprigs 
  • squeeze of red pepper chips 
  • 5 cloves of gârlic 
  • 1/4 meâsure of olive oil 
  • 8-10 little red or white potâtoes skin on ând wâshed 
  • sâlt ând pepper to tâste 

Directions 

  1. Prepâre the mârinâde of white wine, olive oil, gârlic, red stew chips, rosemâry, sâlt ând pepper. Utilize â blender or sustenânce processor âs it mâkes it wây less demânding. Tâste the mârinâde ensure it tâstes greât ând prepâred. 
  2. Shower your skillet down with olive oil or dish splâsh. Cut your potâtoes in quârters ând plâce them chop side fâce down on the dish on the edges of the skillet. Plâce the pork right âmidst them. Seâson the pork with sâlt ând pepper.
